5 country style ribs
Salt and pepper to taste

Pour the sauerkraut into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.

Rinse ribs off and place on top of the sauerkraut.

Turn oven on 350 degrees F. Bake for 1 hour, then turn ribs, and bake for 1 hour or until tender.
