Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside. Cook the hamburger meat and onions until the meat is done. Drain the grease off the hamburger meat and onions.
Add all the dry ingredients to the meat and onions and mix well. Next add the milk and tomato soup. Stir until all is mixed in together.
Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes stirring constantly. Turn heat down to low and simmer for another 10 minutes, and continue to stir. Serve with garlic bread or crackers.
