Boil water in medium pot and add elbow macaroni. Boil for 10-15 minutes, or until soft.
While macaroni is boiling, cut up the Velveeta cheese into 1" cubes. Drain pasta. DO NOT RINSE. Return to pot.
Add milk and cheese. Reduce to medium heat. Stir occasionally until all cheese is melted and macaroni is covered. You can add more milk, if you like it creamier.
