Cut clean dry chicken into small chunks, set aside. Start oil heating and start cooking rice.
Cook chicken until cooked on both sides evenly. Sprinkle on Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Add vegetables and water, cook until vegetables are tender. Add soup and mix well. Cook for additional 5-10 minutes. Serve chicken mixture over cooked rice.
