3 cups diced cooked chicken
1 medium onion, diced
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
1 cup fat free mayonnaise
6 oz box of white rice (cooked according to package directions)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Pinch salt
