Mix flour and butter together by hand. In pan get oil warm.
Roll out dough 1/2 inch thick. With a medium size cup, measure out circles. Place a slice of cheese on one side of the dough. With you finger, wet the edges of the dough with water. Flip other side of the dough so they touch the edges. Pinch the side with a fork.
Fry until dough is cooked.
