1 lb fish filets, cut to finger size
1 egg, beaten for wash
1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats, crushed in sandwich bag to consistency of bread crumbs

Preheat oil in deep fryer to hot for quick frying.

Dip fish filet finger in egg wash. Coat filet liberally with crushed Honey Bunches of Oats.
