Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 1/2 cups dry granulated TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein)
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fennel
3 Tbsp Kraft FF Parmesan Cheese
3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/4 - 1/2 cup egg substitute (or 1 egg for ovo lacto)
1/4 tsp oregano
Salt & pepper
Spaghetti
Marinara sauce

Reconstitute the TVP by adding the 1 1/2 cups boiling water, stir, and let sit for 10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Combine all ingredients (except spaghetti and marinara sauce), roll mixture into balls and place on cookie sheet.

Bake 30 - 45 minutes until brown.

Cook your spaghetti in the usual fashion; pour over it heated marinara sauce and "meatballs".
