Cook meat slowly in a little oil for 5 minutes. Add celery and cook 5 minutes. Add onions, cook and cover for 5 minutes longer.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1 1/2 cups hot water. Add soy sauce and salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or cook until meat is tender.
Thicken with cornstarch and serve over noodles....
