Combine flour, 1 cup chopped nuts, melted oleo and sugar in bowl. Mix by hand and press into 9x13 pan. Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 12-15 minutes till lightly browned on top. Let baked dough-like mixture cool and then make crumbs with fork.
Cream the cheese, powdered sugar, extract, and 1 cup of Cool Whip. Pour on top of crumbs in same pan.
Mix pudding with 3 cups milk according to directions and pour on top of cream cheese mixture. Put remaining Cool whip on top pudding and sprinkle remaining 1 cup of nuts on top of Cool Whip.
