Prepare cake mix as directed on box and bake for allotted amount of time. Let cake cool for 15 minutes.
Take a fork or butter knife and make holes in the top of the cake. Pour sweetened condensed milk on the cake. Pour caramel topping over cake.
Frost the cake with Cool Whip and place in refrigerator. Sprinkle crushed candy bar on top. Leave in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
