Make the cornbread according to the instructions on the package.
Fry the bacon and crumble. Cut bell peppers into squares. Slice only the white part of the onions.
When cornbread is done, cut into small squares, about a 1/4 inch, and mix in bell peppers, bacon, onions, tomatoes and mayonnaise.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
