Chicken Divan

What You Need

Original recipe yields 1 serving
3-4 large chicken breasts
1 large package frozen broccoli cuts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups mayonnaise
2 teaspoon s lemon juice
Curry (as much as you like)
1/2 cube butter, melted
1 package grated cheese
Bread crumbs to cover top

Cook chicken (I usually boil it). Let chicken cool and then shred or cut into small pieces.

Put broccoli in the bottom of a large Pyrex dish. You'll want enough broccoli to cover the bottom of the dish, but only one layer is needed. Layer the chicken on top of the broccoli.

Mix together the soup, mayo, lemon juice, and curry. Layer this mixture on top of the chicken. Pour melted butter on top of soup mixture. Cover with grated cheddar cheese and top with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes (or until cheese is melted and bread crumbs start to brown).
