Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 large box Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding (I use vanilla, but you can use any kind)
1 tub Fat Free Cool Whip
1 can pumpkin or sweet potatoes, mashed (use canned or right out of the garden)
1-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup Splenda
1 graham cracker crust (low fat if possible)

Mix all together until smooth. If to thick, add a little skim milk until right pudding consistence.

Put in graham cracker crust or eat as pudding.

I made this with low/no fat. You can use the regular ingredients if you don't want it low/no fat.
