Beat the egg to break up the yolk, and then add the sugar, and the Planters Peanut Butter. Mix until well blended with a fork and the dough forms a soft ball.
Take a tsp. of the dough, and roll it into a ball with your hands. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet, and flatten with a fork (to get the traditional checkerboard top).
Bake at 350°F for 10 - 12 minutes.
