In large stew pot, brown the ground beef. Add dry spices and stir. Add stewed tomatoes and peppers, and simmer 5 minutes on Med-High heat.
Add cans of beans and corn with juice into pot along with water.
Cover and simmer on med-low heat for about 30 minutes.
