1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
2 cups Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
2 nd layer
1/2 cup sugar
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 cup pineapple juice (If not enough pineapple juice to make 1 cup, add water)
4 Tbsp butter
16 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
3 rd layer
1 pkg Dream Whip or 8 oz. Cool Whip

Let's Make It
Dissolve (in a 9x13 pan) Jell-O in boiling water. Add 7UP and pineapple and blend. Spread miniature marshmallows over the top of the Jell-O mixture. Set till firm.
For the second layer, combine sugar, flour, egg and pineapple juice in a saucepan. Cook until thick stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add butter and softened cream cheese. Beat mixture until smooth and creamy. Pour onto first layer. Let set in refrigerator until firm.
Spread Dream whip or Cool whip over the top of the second layer and refrigerate until ready to serve.
