1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic

1 can beef broth (veggie works well too)
8 red potatoes, sliced (leave skins on)

In a large stew pot, brown ground beef, onion and garlic in olive oil.

When browned, add beef broth. Add sliced potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with water.
