1 pkg (8 oz.) Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 container (16 oz.) whipped topping, divided
1 can (29 oz.) peaches, drained and diced
1 can peach pie filling
1 Tbsp chopped nuts to sprinkle on top

Let's Make It
Melt margarine or butter, add in flour & pecans. Mix well. Press into bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish, making sure to cover bottom completely. Bake in 350 oven for about 10-15 minutes or until light brown. Cool completely.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup whipped topping. Mix well, and spread on top of cooled crust. Chill a few minutes.
Drain peaches completely and dice. Put in a bowl & stir in pie filling. Mix well and spread on top of cream cheese layer. Spread remainder of whipped topping on top of peach layer. Sprinkle chopped nuts on for garnish. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
