Thaw the bread and roll the 1st loaf to fit into a 9"x 13" greased cookie sheet. Brown your meat and rinse it well. Put back on stove and mix in the taco seasoning, tomatoes, onion & garlic. Cook on medium heat while you roll out the next loaf of bread.
Put the mixture on the bread on the cookie sheet. Sprinkle with the cheese, and cover with the second loaf of bread. Pinch the edges together so mixture will stay inside.
Bake according to instructions on the bread package. Place the heated gravy in dish so it can be used as wanted.
