Mix the Worcestershire Sauce, lemon juice, ginger, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a 2 qt. mixing bowl.
Cut the round steak into 1 inch long by 1/4 inch thick pieces. Place in the bowl and stir to cover all pieces well. Let sit for 5-8 minutes.
Melt margarine in a covered frying pan and then add meat and marinade. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Remove from heat and serve.
