1 large can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup or 1 small can of each
Kraft Shredded Cheddar (to taste)
40 to 50 Ritz Crackers
1 medium onion
1 stick butter or margarine

Let's Make It
Cut florets off broccoli, boil until tender, and drain. Pour into 2 qt. casserole dish.
Mix soup and cheese together, and pour over broccoli.
Crumble crackers in a bowl. Dice onion. Saute onion and butter. Pour onion and butter over crackers and stir until moist. Put this mixture on top of broccoli and soup.
Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
