Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cube chicken and pan fry with maybe a non stick spray or a light oil. I use olive oil for its taste.
Next, take the broccoli and arrange it in a 13 x 9 inch baking pan as to cover the bottom. Add chicken over broccoli.
Next take soup and mix with milk. Pour soup milk mixture over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top. Melt butter or margarine and mix in bread crumbs. Spread over top.
Place in oven and bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until top is a golden brown. Add salt and pepper to taste if desired. Let cool for five minutes before serving.
