Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 pkg crescent rolls
1 cup sugar
2 pkg (8 oz. each) cream cheese
1 egg yolk (reserve the white)
1 tsp vanilla
TOPPING:
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cinnamon
1 small pkg. chopped pecans

Spread 1 pkg. of crescent rolls on bottom of a greased 9x13" pan. Stretch rolls to fit and pinch together.

Mix sugar, cream cheese, egg yolk and vanilla. Spread the mixture over the rolls in pan. Place second pkg. of rolls on top of the cream cheese mixture and stretch over mixture.

Brush top with egg white. Mix sugar and cinnamon together, sprinkle over rolls. Sprinkle pecans on top of mixture.

Bake for about 35 minutes in 350 degree F oven. Cool, slice and serve.
