Heat chicken broth in stock pot on top of stove over medium to medium high heat. Cube Velveeta. Mix milk and flour in separate bowl until flour is dissolved. Stir into broth. This will help it to thicken.
Add Velveeta to broth mixture. Stir until melted so that the Velveeta does not burn.
Add vegetables and simmer until broccoli is cooked. Serve with crusty bread.
