1/2 cup C&H granulated sugar
3/4 cup Parkay cubed butter, softened
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup Gold Medal flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups chopped Brazil nuts
C&H powdered sugar

Combine sugar and butter in large mixing bowl, cream well. Add egg and vanilla. Beat until fluffy on medium speed.

Add flour and salt into creamed mixture and stir until well blended. Add Brazil nuts and stir.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Shape into 2/3" balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart for 20 minutes. Cool slightly, and cover with powdered sugar. Store in an airtight container.
