Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 lb boneless skinless chicken
2 cups flour
Seasonings (spicy ones make it even better)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 can cream of chicken soup

Rinse chicken breasts off with water. Mix flour and seasonings together, put on a plate or in a bowl. Place chicken into flour mixture and coat chicken well.

Put olive oil in bottom of pan/electric skillet and heat oil. Then place chicken into pan. Brown on one side, then turn over, brown on this side.

Then pour cream of chicken soup over it. Cook for 15 minutes, and then serve.
