Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 small fryer
2 cups diced cooked potatoes
2/3 cup flour
1 stick butter
1 qt chicken broth
1 tsp salt
1 lb Kraft Cheese, grated

While the chicken is cooking, dice and cook the potatoes and drain and set aside. When the chicken is done, pull off bone and set aside.

Blend flour into butter slowly. Add broth, stirring constantly. Add salt and cheese. Cook until cheese has melted and the soup is smooth, stirring constantly.

Put all ingredients in a large casserole dish and top with bread crumbs.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes or until hot or golden brown.
