1 package yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
2 Tbsp water
1 pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese
3 eggs
1 box (about 1 lb.) confectioners' sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease bottom of 8 x 13 in pan.

In large bowl, mix yellow cake mix, butter & water together with fork. Dough will be thick and crumbly, mix until well blended. Spread dough onto bottom of pan and bake for about 10 minutes until set.

In another bowl, mix cream cheese until soft with electric mixer. Add eggs one at a time until blended. Next, add confectioners' sugar. Mix well and pour on top of dough.

Bake for about 1 hour or until top is golden brown. Toothpick should not come out clean. Cool for about 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
