1/4 cup chopped green onion and 1 tablespoon for garnish
1 bottle chipotle and peach salsa
Thick corn chips or your favorite cracker

Let's Make It
Mix cream cheese and chopped onion in a bowl until well combined. Place in plastic wrap and form a ball or whatever shape you like. Chill one hour.
Pour salsa over top just enough to cover ball and make a little pool on the plate. Sprinkle with remaining onion.
Serve with chips or crackers. Different and yummy!
