In a large chicken fryer skillet, saute chicken until done. Set aside in a bowl.
Fry potatoes and carrots just until done. Continue to fry and add onions, garlic and spices.
Fry until potatoes are slightly browned and then add chicken to heat through. Serve alone or with a green vegetable of your choice.
