Peel and cook sweet potatoes in large sauce pot in boiling water approx. 40 minutes or until soft to fork touch.
Drain potatoes and place in a large bowl to mash. Mash until no longer lumpy. Add cinnamon, butter, brown sugar and orange zest. Spread in a large, buttered casserole dish.
Heat in preheated 350 degrees F oven for 20-25 minutes. Take out and spread marshmallows over the top of the casserole and return to oven for approx. 8 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
