1 can cream-style corn
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp canned cream (Mimi uses sweetened condensed milk)
Topping:
20-30 crushed butter crackers
1/4 stick cup melted butter

1.) Mix ingredients together (except cracker crumbs and butter). Put into a well-greased baking dish. Like a one quart casserole, something deep.

2.) Mix cracker crumbs and butter and sprinkle on top.

3.) Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes, until crumbs are golden brown.
