Mix Jell-O with only 3 cups boiling water and stir to dissolve. Add drained pineapple and blueberry pie filling, and stir until blended. Pour into 13 X 9 cake pan. Chill until set.
Combine sour cream, cream cheese and sugar. Beat until well blended and spread on top of set Jell-O mixture.
Sprinkle with nuts if desired and chill until served.
