Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pound lean hamburger meat
8 slices sandwich bread
1 jar (12 oz.) spaghetti sauce or sloppy joe sauce for that BBQ feeling
2 cups grated Kraft VELVEETA Cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F. In skillet on stove, thoroughly brown hamburger meat and drain grease. While meat is browning, toast bread in toaster. Grate cheese if not already grated while meat is simmering. Add chosen sauce to browned hamburger meat and simmer.

Place pieces of toast on ungreased cookie sheet. Spoon generous amount of meat and sauce mixture onto toast, spreading on toast until toast is completely covered with mixture. Top with grated cheese so sauce is mostly covered, or to taste.

Place in oven long enough for cheese to melt and no longer - approx 5-7 minutes if oven is well heated. Serve with plenty of napkins.
