1/2 cup Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing, prepared
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning blend
Pinch of salt
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
24 buttery type crackers

Let's Make It
Combine the artichokes & salad dressing in a bowl & set aside (do not refrigerate).
Blend together parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper & just enough mayonnaise to hold it together.
Preheat broiler to HI. Place the crackers on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Top each cracker with a marinated artichoke & 1 tsp. of the cheese mixture. Broil on the second rack from the top until cheese is bubbly. Be careful not to burn.
