1 cup sunflower seeds kernels

Remove flavor packets from soup mix and set aside, crush uncooked noodles.
Place noodles in a large bowl. Top with coleslaw mix and sprinkle with toasted almonds, sunflower seeds, and green onions.
Whisk together contents from flavor packets, sugar, oil and vinegar. Pour over slaw mix. Cover and chill for 4 hours.
