2 cups flour (all purpose gold medal)
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp soda
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 cup pecans
1 jar (8 oz.) cherries, pour off juice
1 cup coconut
ICING
1 pkg (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup pecans
1 tsp vanilla

Dump all cake ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Pour into a 9x12 cake pan. Bake at about 350°F for 30 minutes. Do not overbake.
