Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb linguini
5 medium to large ripe tomatoes (garden tomatoes are the best)
1 can jumbo black olives
2 lb bag cooked large shrimp
1 bunch fresh basil
7 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
6 cloves garlic
1 can Kraft Parmesan/Romano Cheese

Cook linguini as directed on package. Meanwhile, start chopping tomatoes into bite size pieces (about the size of a quarter). Slice black olives in half length wise. If shrimp still has tail shell, peel and place in large bowl along with tomatoes and black olives. Chop basil and set aside.
5 minutes before pasta is done heat olive oil in medium to small skillet on medium to medium low. You don't want the oil to smoke so heat up slowly. Meanwhile chop garlic and once oil is hot place garlic in oil and cook until golden brown.
Drain pasta place in same bowl with shrimp, tomatoes and black olives. Then add oil and garlic and mix so everything is coated and mixed together. Add basil and toss again. Add Kraft Parmesan/Romano Cheese to top and serve. Serve with garlic bread.
