Brown pork chops on each side until done, remove from pan.
Add rice to the same pan. Stir rice until brown. After rice has browned add tomato paste and stir evenly. Then add peppers, onions, potatoes, and replace pork chops back into pan with ingredients.
After all ingredients are in the pan, add enough water to cover all ingredients. Stir until thoroughly blended. Bring to a boil, and then cover and reduce heat to simmer. Simmer until juices cook down. Salt to taste.
