Let's Make It
Lay Velveeta in between 2 sheets of parchment paper (this will keep the cheese from sticking) and roll out with roller. Leave cheese about 3/4 inch thick.
Remove top layer of parchment paper and place cream cheese on top of Velveeta - Place parchment paper back on top and roll out to the edge of Velveeta. Add chopped jalapenos and red onion to top of cream cheese.
Carefully roll cheese into log, using the bottom layer of parchment paper to help guide you and smooth out any tears. Pinch ends shut and lay seam down. Remove parchment paper.
