1 can diced chilies and tomatoes, partially drained

16 oz package Velveeta Cheese
1 small onion or minced onion
Crushed red pepper (if desired)
1 lb hamburger, cooked

Let's Make It
In a crock-pot, add the olives, partially drained chilies and tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, Velveeta Cheese cut into cubes, desired amount of onion and crushed red pepper for extra kick.
After the ingredients have started to heat and combine, add in the cooked hamburger.
It should take about 2 1/2 hours in the crock-pot to blend together. Serve with tortilla chips.
