Melt chocolate chips and 1 cup milk. Add vanilla. Put 1/2 of mixture in 8" buttered pan.
In another bowl, melt white chocolate and rest of milk. Add mint extract and green food coloring. Spread on first chocolate layer. Spread remaining chocolate on top.
Chill 2 hours or till firm. Cut into pieces.
