1 cup butter, softened
1 cup powder sugar (take out 1/2 for rolling cookies)
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream butter and half of powder sugar till smooth. Add flour, salt, vanilla, almond extract and fold in nuts.

Roll dough into 1" balls or make 2" rope and shape into crescent shapes.

Bake 10-12 minutes or till light golden brown. Immediately roll in other half of powder sugar....refrigerate.
