Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 small pkgs. Jell-O Grape Gelatin
2 cups boiling hot water
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (use juice also)
Topping
1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 carton whipped topping
Nuts and coconut is optional

Let's Make It

Mix Jell-O with the hot water and mix well. Then add blueberry and the crushed pineapple and mix. Let Jell-O harden.

Then after it sets, mix your soften cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla together with a mixer, and spread it over the Jell-O.

Then put the whipped topping on top of that, and if you want you can put some nuts on top of that and coconut.
