Form ground chuck into hamburger patty, season with salt and pepper. Cook patty in small frying pan until well done.
Remove from pan and palce on hamburger bun.
Deglaze pan with beer and return to burner on low heat, add Velveeta. Cook until beer and cheese makes a thick sauce. Pour cheese sauce over burger and serve with ketchup and mustard.
