Original recipe yields 1 serving
Cake:
2 cups all-purpose flour mix
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1/4 cup white sugar (or sweetener)
1/2 cup milk (more or less to smooth consistency)
2 egg yolks
Glaze:
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
2 teaspoon s hot water

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix all cake ingredients together to a nice smooth texture and pour into a lightly greased bread pan.

Bake for 20- 25 minutes until browned on top and baked thoroughly.

Glaze: Mix honey and lemon extract with the sugar. After sugar is moist, add hot water to the mixture and heat to a slight boiling. Pour over cake immediately. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
