Lightly brown chops in frying pan. Place in baking dish (round works best). Cover with mushrooms.
Cook onions in butter till tender. Stir in flour, salt & curry. Gradually stir in milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Pour over chops.
Cover dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
