Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients except oil in second bowl. Combine two bowls and mix lightly.
Heat 10-inch skillet in oven with oil. When skillet is hot, add mix.
Bake for 20 minutes.
