1 lb hamburger
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Spice Island Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/2 teaspoon spice island garlic powder
1 small box elbow mac, noodles, or any pasta except spaghetti

Brown hamburger until no longer pink, drain.

Add onions, green pepper, tomato sauce, and all seasonings. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.

In the meantime, cook the pasta as directed on the box. Drain and add to hamburger mixture and simmer about 15 minutes until the flavors are blended.
